French Pastry Class

In this class you will learn how to prepare 2 or 3 typical french deserts from scratch.

This course  :

  • Traditional vanilla crème brûlee
  • Chocolate lava cake with raspberry coulis
  • « Profiteroles » : choux pastry with vanilla ice cream and salted caramel sauce
